Scholarship Application Evaluation and Results
Bardakçı Education and Solidarity Foundation (BEDVAK) meticulously evaluates scholarship applications within a framework of transparent, fair, and objective criteria.
Evaluation Criteria and Process
When evaluating scholarship applications, the following are considered for candidates:
• Financial Need: The income level of the family and the student,
• Academic Achievement: The student's course/achievement performance,
• Eligibility Criteria: Compliance with the application conditions specified in our foundation's scholarship guidelines.
All evaluations are carried out electronically based on the information and documents submitted through the Online Application Form.
Scholarships within the Special Quota
Students who are placed in state universities within the country according to the disability status or success ranking determined by the Measurement, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) and who meet the determined criteria are given the opportunity for a special scholarship within the quota determined by our Foundation. Important Announcement from Our Foundation:
The list of Bardakçı Education and Solidarity Foundation scholarship recipients for the 2026-2027 academic year will not be published on our website or public platforms in accordance with the Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data (KVKK). Scholarship recipients will be contacted directly via their contact information for personal notification.
Scholarship Termination Cases
Scholarship payments to students will be terminated by the Foundation Management in the event of the detection of any of the following situations:
• Failure to submit documents and information requested by the Foundation Management on time,
• Academic failure,
• Receiving disciplinary punishment,
• Termination of the student's enrollment,
• Detection during checks that the student is receiving a scholarship from another institution or organization.
