Documents to be prepared by scholarship recipients

• Following the evaluations conducted by the Bardakçı Education and Solidarity Foundation (BEDVAK), scholarship candidates whose applications have been approved will be informed by our foundation. In order for their scholarship to be finalized, students who have been awarded the scholarship must prepare and submit the documents listed below to our foundation:

  1. Scholarship Agreement (To be obtained from our foundation)
  2. Letter of Commitment
  3. Current Student Certificate and Transcript
  4. Turkish Republic Identity Card Identity Card Photocopy
  5. Population Registration Certificate
  6. Current Bank Account Information (Opened in the student's name)
  7. Contact Number and Email Address Information
  8. 1 Passport-Sized Photograph
  9. Income Statement: Salary slip or income statement of the family (Mother and Father) (For those with no income, an official document from the Social Security Institution stating that they have no income)
  Document Submission Method
  • All prepared documents will primarily be sent to our foundation via e-mail. • After digital transmission, the original documents with wet signatures must be delivered to our foundation by mail/cargo or in person.
