Rabiya Kaynar was born in Kayseri in 1945. She is a housewife who dedicated her life to her family, social responsibility work, and supporting those in need. Together with her late husband, Nihat Kaynar, she made significant sacrifices for the future of her family and the education of her children. Due to her husband Nihat Kaynar's work in the Netherlands, Rabiya Kaynar moved to the Netherlands with her husband and children in 1978. Establishing a new life with her family in the Netherlands, Rabiya Kaynar also participated in the workforce by undertaking various business ventures. In the early years after arriving in the Netherlands, she faced various difficulties in learning the language and adapting to a different country, culture, and society. However, thanks to strong family ties, determination, and her efforts to adapt, she gradually adjusted to life in the Netherlands, developed her social network, and lived there with her family for many years. Rabiya Kaynar, who lived in the Netherlands for many years, felt a stronger connection and sense of belonging to Turkey over time and decided to continue her life there. Today, she spends her days contributing to the social responsibility and aid activities of the foundation she established with her family. For Rabiya Kaynar, the foundation's work is not just about charity; it is a reflection of her understanding of benefiting society, standing by those in need, and providing better opportunities for future generations. The foundation's activities include contributing to finding solutions for the educational and health needs of society, providing scholarships to needy students, creating various funds, and providing monetary and in-kind assistance to those in need. Rabiya Kaynar values ​​transferring the experiences and values ​​she has gained throughout her life to work that benefits society.

Her life story is a journey that began in Kayseri, extended to the Netherlands, overcoming the difficulties of building a new life in a different country, and years later choosing Turkey again to focus on social responsibility work.
